Shipping
We typically ship out all orders via USPS 1-2 days after they are placed, excluding weekends, federal holidays and priority mail express orders. At this time, we only offer shipping to the United States and Canada, though we are looking to expand in the future! If you have any specific delivery concerns or instructions, or a missing confirmation email with the tracking number, send us an email and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We at Annabelle’s Table are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers. Depending on the product and the individual consumer’s body, it may take up to four weeks of consistent use before you can notice the results, especially with tinctures. After this four week period, if you feel that the product isn’t working as intended, please reach out to us via email and let us know! We will recommend other products that may suit you better, or offer a partial *refund. Please note that as tea blends and tinctures are consumable perishable goods, they cannot be returned once opened. If you need to return or exchange an item, send us an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you are due to receive a refund and the money hasn’t appeared in your account after 3 business days, please contact us and we will re-issue the refund.
