Headache Ease Tea Blend Frequent Migraine Relief Herbal Tea
Our Headache Ease tea is made with a blend of soothing and pain-reducing herbs.
Ingredients: chamomile, feverfew, skullcap, yarrow, lemon balm, lavender and passion flower are our calming, pain battling herbs, all in a base of flavorful earl grey that contains caffeine to help bust the headache. If you’re prone to headaches or migraine this tea would be a great addition to your rescue kit! It goes perfectly with our Headache Ease topical salve and Headache Ease tincture blend. Directions: Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8oz cup of water, steep for 3-5 minutes depending on how strong you want your flavor. This bag contains 2oz of loose leaf tea and herbs and offers approximately 30 servings.

Skullcap is vasoconstrictive in the brain, which targets headache and migraine pain. It is also a known relaxant that contains mild sedative properties. American skullcap has significant antioxidant effects and is even being studied for it’s potential to protect the brain against neurological conditions such as Alzheimers.
Yarrow has been used by Native Americans for centuries for many reasons, one of which is headaches! Studies have shown that yarrow’s anti-inflammatory properties apply to the brain, and may even benefit those with epilepsy.
Lemon balm: may help ease headache pain. It’s a very mild sedative, which will help you to relax and release tension, helping with tension-based head pain.
Lavender contains a chemical compound called linalool, which is thought to help reduce and regulate stress. Lavender is also a natural sedative and analgesic, providing mild pain relief.
Passion Flower is a sedative and nervine herb, meaning that it promotes relaxation in the body, improving sleep quality that may be poor due to hormonal changes. It also helps with easing twitchy, spasmodic restlessness which may ease cramps and pain.
