Motherwort is a calming nervine used as a remedy for heart problems that are related to the nervous system. It relieves anxiety and nervousness and contains glycosides that temporarily lower blood pressure and ease strain on the heart muscle. This makes it useful for tachycardia, heart palpitations, and preventing heart disease. Motherwort is also beneficial for hot flashes, menstrual cramps, and regulating scanty menstrual flow.
Directions: Shake well before use. Direction: consume 1/2 dropper 2 to 3 times a day.
Warning: avoid use during pregnancy. Use tincture within 2 years of opening.
