It’s antibiotic and anti-fungal properties may be helpful for treating gastrointestinal infections, sore throats, and urinary tract infections.

Thyme is a very powerful remedy for infections of all kinds, especially in the lungs and digestive tract. It is indicated for

Oregano is antiseptic and useful for infections of the respiratory and digestive tracts. It is a good remedy for fungal infections, coughs, tonsillitis, bronchitis, asthma, and chest congestion.

Rose hips strengthen capillaries and are rich in bioflavonoids and vitamin C. They are mildly astringent and can be helpful for acute illnesses like colds.
