Fire Cider

You may have heard about Fire Cider over the years, especially during cold and flu season. So what is it? Turns out there’s many different ways to make it, but there are always a few key ingredients everyone agrees on. These are: fire (horseradish, peppers, ginger) and cider (apple cider vinegar with the mother). Other herbs with healing properties may be added in, which means every creator has their own special blend. Together these ingredients create a holistic tonic that boosts immunity, lowers inflammation in the body, clears sinuses, soothes sore throats and aids in digestion. Due to the tangy flavor, some blends can be used as salad dressing. Some people even take it just to warm up when it’s cold out!

Annabelle’s Table Fire Cider tonic is a family recipe that goes back many generations: Made with organic apple cider vinegar with the mother containing prebiotics and probiotics, onion, horseradish, ginger, garlic, cayenne, jalapeño, thyme, rosemary, oregano, peppermint, turmeric, lemon, orange, and raw honey.

Shelf stable and best consumed within 24 months of bottling date on the label.

Recommend use: can take as a shot, mix with water or juice, can also be added to salad dressings.
