Headache Ease Organic Herbal Tincture Blend

Ingredients: feverfew, white willow bark, lemon balm, ginger, mullein, chamomile, skullcap, rosehips
Directions: Shake well before use. Consume 1 to 2 droppers as needed. Use tincture within 2 years of opening.
Warning: do not use if pregnant or nursing.Do not take with blood thinners.
Feverfew: research suggests that feverfew may help prevent and reduce the frequency of migraine headaches and some of their accompanying symptoms such as: pain, nausea/vomiting, and light sensitivity.
White willow bark: has been shown to relieve headaches. There is some evidence that it’s less likely to cause gastrointestinal side effects than other pain relievers, such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
Lemon balm: may help ease headache pain. It’s a very mild sedative, which will help you to relax and release tension, helping with tension based head pain.
Ginger: The chemical compounds in ginger (gingerols) contain anti-inflammatory and pain relieving properties. Ginger also soothes and reduces nausea caused by a migraine attack.
Mullein: has been used to treat pulmonary problems, inflammatory diseases, asthma, spasmodic coughs, and migraine headaches.
Chamomile: Natural relaxant, sleep aid, and muscle soother easing headaches caused by colds, infections, allergies, or sinuses.
Skullcap: is one of the most versatile nervines and is useful for all nervous system disorders, including headaches, nerve tremors, stress, menstrual tension, insomnia and nervous exhaustion.
Rosehips: helps ease inflammation. Rosehips contain vitamins C, E, and B as well as other minerals and antioxidants.

Annabelle’s Table is a small, mother-daughter operated shop located in south central Kentucky. All of our apothecary items are homemade with organic, wild crafted herbs and our tinctures are processed for 8-10 weeks.
